Returns & Refunds
We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition, make up free and the original condition. On delivering your placed order(s) our memebers of staff that has come to deliver the goods will be waiting whilst you access the good to see if you want it or not. At this point you can return any item you do not wish to keep, and we will give you a full refund, but you lose the delivery money you have paid.
Unfortunately we do not accept refund or exchange after this point (thus item that is not wanted needs to be given to our staff that has come to deliver the product).
Please it is advised that you use our size guide before any order so you know what size to order exactly.
However, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, shapewear or swimwear if hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetics products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken.
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the bascode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
